The people who keep everything running rarely let anyone see what it costs.

Integrative psychiatric care for those who want care that looks deeper.

Aurelia is a private psychiatric practice for professionals who have spent years showing up for everything and are ready for care that finally shows up for them. Integrative, evidence-based, and without the clinical detachment that makes most people avoid getting help in the first place.

We look at the full picture — your symptoms, stress load, lifestyle, sleep, health history, and, when appropriate, blood work and other biological factors that may be affecting how you feel.

Have You Been Wondering if There’s a Better Way?

  • What if functioning well on the outside no longer meant feeling depleted on the inside?

  • What if the version of yourself you built so carefully no longer fits and you don't know who comes next?

  • What if your ambition did not have to come at the expense of your peace?

  • What if your care looked beyond symptoms alone to better understand the deeper imbalances affecting how you feel?

  • What if feeling better started with a stronger foundation?

Aurelia was built for the person who carries a great deal and deserves deeper care.

Focused on Exceptional Care

At Aurelia, the number of clients accepted at any given time is limited by design. Integrative care done well requires time, attention, and genuine knowledge of the woman receiving it. That standard is non-negotiable here, and maintaining it means being selective about availability.

The Aurelia Integrative Approach

Step one. We get to know you.

Your care begins with the Signature Psychiatric Evaluation, a 75 minute appointment dedicated entirely to understanding you. Not just your symptoms. Your full picture. We explore your medical and psychiatric history, the life experiences that have shaped how you feel today, your current lifestyle, your sleep, your relationships, your stress patterns, and your goals for care. This is not a checklist. It is a conversation, and it is the foundation everything else is built on.

At the close of this appointment, targeted lab orders are placed based on what we discussed. These results will tell us what your body is actually doing beneath the surface and will guide everything we build together next.

Step two. We build your plan together.

At your Integrative Treatment Planning session we sit down with your lab results and review them together. You are not handed a report and sent home. We go through your nutritional status, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, inflammatory markers, and genetic factors side by side so you understand exactly what your body has been trying to tell you.

From there we build your individualized treatment plan. If medication is clinically indicated a prescription will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. If the answers are found in what your body is missing, we address those deficiencies with targeted supplementation and integrative strategies. Most often the plan includes both, conventional and complementary, chosen because they are right for you specifically and not because they are the default.

Step three. We walk with you.

Ongoing care at Aurelia means your provider actually knows your story. You do not repeat your history at every appointment. Your treatment evolves as you do. And when life throws something new your way, which it will, you have a clinical partner who already knows your foundation and can respond to the moment with you.

Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms. We work with you to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more supported, so your success no longer comes at the cost of your wellbeing.

This is integrative psychiatry, the way it is meant to be practiced.

Every recommendation is made thoughtfully and tailored to the individual in front of us — not just the symptoms on paper.

Collaborative Care

If you are already working with a therapist, I believe psychiatric care should support and complement that work. When appropriate, I collaborate with your therapist to help create a more cohesive treatment plan, one that considers your symptoms, nervous system health, lifestyle factors, and relevant biological contributors.

My goal is to provide thoughtful psychiatric care that strengthens the work already underway and helps you feel more supported, more understood, and more fully cared for.

I value clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and care that remains respectful of each provider’s role.

ADHD in high-functioning individuals can be easy to miss.

Many individuals with ADHD are not underperforming, they are overcompensating. What looks like high functioning on the outside can still come with inner overwhelm, difficulty focusing, procrastination, emotional reactivity, and the constant effort it takes to stay organized.

At Aurelia, we offer thoughtful ADHD evaluation and treatment that includes at-home objective testing, comprehensive assessment, and medication management when appropriate. We also consider stress, sleep, nervous system strain, and other factors that may be affecting focus and cognitive clarity. Care is thoughtful, thorough, and guided by clinical appropriateness, not rushed diagnosis.

Because the goal is not simply to push harder, it is to understand what you need and support how your mind works best.
